Support Worker

Supporting people with daily routines, community access, cooking and meals, appointments, communication, independence, shopping and money support, and everyday wellbeing. I am interested in developing towards Senior Support Worker, Care Coordinator and Quality/Auditing routes. The areas I want to keep strengthening are strong records, safe practice, person-centred support, safeguarding, risk awareness, consistency between staff and improving the quality of support. I want to progress in a way that stays grounded in the day-to-day reality of care work.
